If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver or delivery is delayed we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses.
When you place an order with us, this represents an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will take place on despatch of the goods to you. Ownership of the products shall pass to you on delivery to your specified delivery address, provided that we have received payment for them.
You can pay online with Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Electron cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. We are sorry but we are unable to accept cheques as a method of payment. All orders must be paid for in full and cleared funds received before we can dispatch goods to you.
All prices in this guide are in £ sterling and are valid at the date of print, but may vary during the life of this guide. If the price changes, we will tell you the new price before any contract is formed between us and you can decide whether to continue with your purchase. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Any omission or error in any sales literature, web page or site, order form, quotation, price list, order acknowledgement, dispatch note, invoice or other document issued by us may be corrected by us without liability.
All images/descriptions are to the best of our knowledge a fair reflection, but we cannot guarantee the appearance and/ or colours of products shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the physical products. All sizes and measurements given are approximate, but we try to make them as accurate as possible. The products described and offered for sale are intended for domestic use only. All stock is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item in this instance we will notify you as soon as possible.
If your purchases are faulty or are not fit for purpose, you should contact us within 14 days following delivery and inform us of any defects in the products. We will examine the products and, if they are faulty or are not fit for purpose, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the defective products. We may require goods to be returned to us before a refund can be given, or a replacement dispatched.
As a consumer, there are certain terms implied in your contract with us, which we cannot exclude or limit (for example, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we have to supply goods to you which are fit for purpose). You can also be assured that under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased by phone or online within 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please contact us. After informing us, please look after the goods whilst we arrange to collect them from you. It is important for you to know that nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will not be liable to you for misrepresentation (unless fraudulent), common law duty or under any express or implied term of this contract for: any losses which are not foreseeable by both you and us when this contract is formed arising in connection with the supply of products or their use by you; any losses which are not caused by any breach by us; or business or trade losses. Our products have been selected for domestic use only: if you plan to use them for business purposes, please make sure you have the appropriate insurance. In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept any liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim. We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performing of any obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including: an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; act of terrorism; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third-party act or omission; failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or to notify us of any change of address. Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude our liability to you for things which we cannot, by law, limit or exclude and, further, nothing in this contract means that our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors is limited.
Certain products offered on our website such as super glue are subject to age restrictions. By placing an order for any of these products, you confirm that are 18 years of age or older. Your entire order will be cancelled & your sale rejected if we are unable able to verify your age using the details you have provided.
Waste Electrical & Electronic Goods
Legislation is in place to reduce the amount of electrical waste sent to landfill. It is intended to encourage separate collection and treatment of these products such as by reuse, recovery, recycling or sound environmental disposal. It makes manufacturers and distributors more responsible for the environmental impact of their products. We have joined a Government approved scheme that provides facilities at local civic amenity sites to allow customers to dispose of their unwanted electrical goods free of charge.
