Central Stock Tree
Connect is a retail solution created with independent retailers in mind and can help save time by automating or simplifying processes that would otherwise be carried out manually. Connect provides a central stock tree which allows retailers to create a product once and then quickly copy it to various integrated selling channels, saving the time of accessing each channel separately and repeatedly creating the product.
The central stock tree also helps staff to have quick and easy access to product information including images, descriptions, pricing and stock quantities. This means that customer enquiries can be answered easily and even if an item is out of stock, a similar item can be found by using the filtering and search functionality, helping to sell more.

The Connect EPoS system which has functions that are similar to Windows (such as a folders in the stock tree) so it feels familiar to many people and has a logical structure with and easy to understand interface. The software and till not only look professional and modern but have powerful yet simple to use features to help retailers process transactions smoothly, create Purchase Orders or Stock Transfers, maintain a customer database, analyse trends and perform stock takes to name a few.
As both online and in store sales are processed, stock levels are automatically updated across the EPoS tills and back office licenses, so there is up to date visibility when and where you need it. ECommerce Website Integration
Part of the EPoS system is an integration to the eCommerce website which means retailers can manage the website as well as the shops from one central place.
