Standard Delivery – 3-5 Working days from date of order. Sent via Hermes with tracking. A signature will be required on delivery.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver or delivery is delayed we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses.
When you place an order with us, this represents an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will take place on despatch of the goods to you. Ownership of the products shall pass to you on delivery to your specified delivery address, provided that we have received payment for them.

We will beautifully wrap up your gifts ready for a wide range of occasions from birthdays to Christmas. Simply choose your Gift Wrapping option on the product pages and then add to your shopping basket. You can even add a personal touch with your own Gift Tag Message.

Gift wrapping is £1.25 per item and a Gift Tag Message is £0.50 per item. We reserve the right to exclude any part of the gift message that is deemed to be offensive.
Please check your goods carefully when received. If your purchases are faulty or are not fit for purpose, you should contact us within 14 days following delivery and inform us of any defects in the products. We will examine the products and, if they are faulty or are not fit for purpose, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the defective products. We may require goods to be returned to us before a refund can be given, or a replacement dispatched. We will advise you if we require items to be returned and give you instructions on how to do this. Do not return products unless requested, as postage will not be refunded for goods returned without prior notification
When returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition or packaging.
